Vickers Family- Estates Agent Commercial
A commercial for Ward Estate Agents, based in Kent, featuring Family Modelling sensation, the Vickers Family
This was a project for all the family and it was extremely well paid.
All the pictures that can be seen hanging on the wall also belonged to the family – for which they were also paid a very handsome fee! They were also allowed to keep all the enlarged pictures and frames – so a very good result all around
Needless to say, the competition to be featured in this Family Modelling TV commercial for this was extreme. Samantha and her family did very well to get through the casting and audition phase and eventually land the job.

We couldn’t be happier with our Family Modelling Agency for finding us these assignments. Thank you

Family Modelling: The Vickers Family’s Success in the Ward Estate Agents Commercial
Family modelling is a niche but growing area within the advertising and fashion industries, and the Vickers family’s recent success is a perfect example of how powerful and rewarding family-centered commercials can be. The Vickers Family, led by the charming and charismatic Samantha, recently landed a high-profile role in a commercial for Ward Estate Agents, based in Kent. This project was not only a financial success but also a deeply personal one, as it allowed the family to be involved in every aspect of the production.
The Role of Family in Commercials
In the competitive world of family modelling and advertising, family-centric campaigns have a unique advantage: authenticity. Brands are increasingly turning to real families to portray genuine connections and everyday life in their advertisements. In this case, the Vickers family’s natural chemistry and the sense of warmth they brought to the set were key to their selection.
Samantha, the matriarch of the family, was the star of the commercial, with her radiant personality and relatable appearance making her the perfect choice for a campaign promoting a local estate agency. It’s no secret that consumers are more likely to connect with brands that feature real, relatable people. Estate agents, in particular, rely heavily on trust and personal relationships. By featuring a family in their commercial, Ward Estate Agents was able to convey a sense of community, approachability, and professionalism that resonated with their audience.
The Competitive Family Modelling Casting Process
Securing a role in a high-profile commercial like this is no easy feat. The casting and audition process for the Ward Estate Agents commercial was extremely competitive, with many other families vying for the spot. This intense competition required the Vickers family to not only look the part but also demonstrate that they could work together harmoniously in front of the camera.
The audition itself would have likely involved several rounds of interviews and on-camera tests, with Samantha and her family having to display their ability to project authenticity and connection. A family’s dynamic is essential when it comes to such commercials, and the Vickers family demonstrated their natural bond in a way that stood out. Their ability to convey warmth, friendliness, and trustworthiness was likely what secured them the coveted role.
A Well-Paid Venture
Being selected for a commercial of this scale was not only an achievement for the Vickers family but also a financially rewarding venture. Commercial family modelling can be highly lucrative, especially for families featured in high-visibility campaigns like this one. Given the extensive use of the commercial across multiple platforms, including TV and digital media, the Vickers family was compensated generously for their time, effort, and involvement.
The financial aspect of the campaign extended beyond just the on-camera work. One of the unique aspects of the project was the inclusion of the family’s personal artwork in the commercial. The pictures that hung on the walls during the shoot were all sourced from the Vickers family’s own collection. This not only added a personal touch to the set design but also resulted in the family being paid an additional handsome fee for the use of their artwork.
Even more appealing was the fact that the Vickers family was allowed to keep the enlarged versions of the pictures and frames once the commercial was wrapped. This was a rare and generous offer, as many families involved in advertising campaigns are not permitted to retain the physical items used on set. For the Vickers family, this added bonus represented an unexpected yet delightful outcome to the already lucrative venture.
Building Personal and Professional Brands
The Vickers family’s success in the Ward Estate Agents commercial exemplifies the broader trend of families leveraging modelling and advertising to build both personal and professional brands. Samantha, in particular, now has the opportunity to establish herself as a reputable figure in the modelling world, with the added benefit of being able to showcase her family’s talents as well.
For Ward Estate Agents, the decision to feature a real family was a strategic move aimed at building trust with their clients. Real estate is a personal and often emotional industry, and showcasing a family in the commercial helped humanize the business. It allowed potential clients to see Ward Estate Agents as not just a company but a part of their community—something with which they could identify.
As for the Vickers family, their participation in the commercial not only opened up more opportunities for future work but also strengthened their reputation as a versatile and talented family unit. Family modelling projects like this one offer long-term benefits beyond just the immediate financial reward. They can lead to more exposure, repeat bookings, and the chance to expand into other areas of entertainment, such as TV appearances, lifestyle branding, or even collaborations with other brands that align with their values.
The Power of Personalization in Advertising
The Vickers family’s involvement in the Ward Estate Agents commercial is a testament to the growing demand for authenticity and personalization in advertising. In an era where consumers are increasingly skeptical of traditional marketing tactics, the use of real people and real families has proven to be an effective strategy. By showcasing the Vickers family’s genuine connection and personal touch, the campaign was able to stand out and make a meaningful impact on its audience.
Moreover, the use of the Vickers family’s personal artwork further enhanced the feeling of authenticity and personalization. These small details, such as the family’s pictures on the wall, played a significant role in making the commercial feel warm and inviting—qualities that are essential in the real estate market, where trust and familiarity can be deciding factors in a potential client’s decision.
Conclusion
Family modelling is a growing and highly rewarding field, as evidenced by the Vickers family’s successful participation in the Ward Estate Agents family modelling commercial. The project allowed them to showcase their natural chemistry and professionalism while benefiting financially from the commercial’s exposure. By incorporating the family’s own artwork and allowing them to keep the pictures, the experience became even more rewarding. For both the Vickers family and Ward Estate Agents, this collaboration was a win-win—a true testament to the power of authentic, family-centered advertising in today’s market.
