About the project
Jodi became pregnant during the second coronavirus lockdown in 2021 after she and her husband Rob had spent a year trying for a baby. Their daughter was born on 28 November 2021.
They chose the name Lockie as a positive reference to the lockdown period that had changed their family life. Their story and family photographs were then shared as a press feature.

Family feedback
Not sure if you’ve seen but Lockie’s story about her name has been all over the papers today. Couldn’t believe it when we googled her name. I thought I should also let you know we’re going to be live on channel 5 today with our story!!! Well done to our baby modelling agency (KTA) — Jodie
What parents should know
Editorial features normally depend on a clear, verifiable real-life story as well as suitable photographs. Families should confirm how their words and images will be used and agree any fee or expenses before taking part.
Personal stories can remain online or be republished, so privacy boundaries should be discussed before an interview. Names, dates and quotations should also be checked carefully for accuracy.
A publication may shorten or edit an interview to fit its available space. Keeping the key facts concise and supplying good-quality original photographs makes the story easier to present accurately.
