Parent information
About Kids Talent Agency
We represent babies, children and teenagers for suitable acting, modelling and commercial opportunities while keeping parents informed throughout the process.
Our role
Representation with clear expectations
Kids Talent Agency introduces represented young performers to casting professionals and production companies. We assess briefs, submit suitable profiles, communicate audition requests and help families understand proposed bookings.
Casting decisions always belong to the client. Representation does not guarantee auditions, bookings or earnings, and a child’s welfare, education and willingness come first.

What we do
Agency support from application to booking
Assess applications
We review the information and current photographs supplied by a parent or legal guardian and may ask for further details.
Maintain casting profiles
Accurate photographs, measurements, skills and experience help us assess whether a child suits a brief.
Submit suitable talent
We select represented children whose age, appearance, skills, location and availability match the information supplied by the client.
Coordinate opportunities
We pass on casting requests, proposed terms and production updates, and we communicate parent questions to the client.
How representation works
A clear, parent-managed process
Application
A UK parent or guardian submits the child's details and two recent natural photographs.
Review
We assess suitability for the markets and briefs the agency handles. Not every application can be accepted.
Written terms
If representation is offered, the parent receives separate terms covering services, authority, commission, payment and notice.
Profiles and submissions
Once representation begins, current information is used to consider the child for relevant opportunities.
Industry platforms
Spotlight and professional casting
Spotlight is a separate professional casting platform. We may invite a suitable represented young performer to join when membership is appropriate for their age, experience and likely opportunities. Spotlight sets its own eligibility, terms and prices.
Child welfare
Safety, consent and realistic expectations
- A child must be willing to take part in an audition or booking.
- Parents should raise health, accessibility, safeguarding or schedule concerns immediately.
- Required licences, school permissions and approved supervision must be in place before work begins.
- Private casting material and children's personal information should not be posted publicly.
- No agency can promise auditions, bookings or a level of earnings.
