Common questions answered
What parents need to know
Do parents pay to see jobs?
No. Parents are not charged to access casting opportunities advertised through Kids Talent Agency.
Is representation exclusive?
No. Kids Talent Agency does not require sole representation. Parents must still avoid duplicate submissions for the same role through different agents.
Who invoices the client?
The agency invoices and receives the booking payment where the representation agreement authorises this, then accounts for the net amount after cleared funds arrive.
Will I see the calculation?
Yes. The booking details and remittance should show the gross fee, the applicable commission and any agreed expenses or deductions.
Payment flow
Client payment can take time
The agency may invoice and receive money on the performer's behalf where the written agreement authorises this. The child's payment is normally accounted for after the client's cleared funds arrive, less agreed commission and any properly authorised deductions.
Keep booking confirmations, remittance statements and expense receipts. Contact the agency promptly if a payment or usage detail appears inconsistent with the agreed terms.
No earnings guarantee: representation does not guarantee work, and previous fees or another child's outcome do not predict future earnings.
